Vincera runs on one simple model: a base membership that covers all of your clinical care, plus your treatments added à la carte. No hidden charges. No insurance required. Cancel anytime.
One base subscription covers everything clinical: your provider, your protocol, and your care team. Your medications are then added à la carte, priced transparently per treatment.
Membership pricing will be published at launch — August 17, 2026. Membership bills monthly; treatments ship in 60-day supplies. Cancel anytime.
Book a free consult →Treatments are supplied in 60-day cycles — most therapies need six to eight weeks before you genuinely feel the difference, so we don't sell you a two-week teaser. Per-treatment pricing is shared during your consult and confirmed before anything ships — the price you approve is the price you pay.
Your membership covers your physician care, ongoing clinical support, and shipping; medications you add are billed at the transparent per-treatment price you approve. There are no hidden charges, no per-visit fees, and no upcharges for messaging your provider.
Initial bloodwork. Lab panels are billed directly by the lab at their standard rates, with no markup from us. If you have insurance, you may be able to use it for lab work even though our consultations are cash-pay. Specific lab pricing will be shared during your initial intake.
Specialty add-ons. Things like NAD+ infusions, advanced peptide protocols, or specialty diagnostic panels are priced à la carte and discussed during your consultation.
Vincera is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance for our services. However, many patients use HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds for our programs and lab work. We provide itemized superbills on request.
You can cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, with no fees and no notice period. If you cancel mid-month, your medications already shipped are yours to keep, but no further shipments will be made.
Pricing for clinical care depends on factors that vary patient to patient, including your specific protocol, dosage needs, lab requirements, and program length. A single posted number can create a false expectation. By discussing pricing during your consultation, we give you an accurate, honest figure based on what you actually need, not an inflated headline number with surprise charges later.
The free consult is where we discuss specific pricing for your situation. No card, no commitment.
