Medical care is provided by independent, licensed physicians and medical groups, not by Vincera Health itself. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, shipping address, payment information, and any health information you share through intake forms, consultations, or messages with your care team.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and interactions with our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We use your information to facilitate your care with independent providers and pharmacies; process payments and ship medications; communicate with you about your care, appointments, and refills; improve our website and services; comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent, send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
Health information you share in connection with clinical care is protected health information ("PHI") governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law. Where Vincera Health handles PHI on behalf of your providers, it does so as a business associate under written agreements that restrict use and disclosure.
We share information with: the independent physicians and medical groups providing your care; licensed pharmacies fulfilling your prescriptions; laboratories, when involved in your care; service providers (hosting, payments, analytics, shipping) bound by confidentiality obligations; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share PHI for advertising purposes.
Our automated FAQ assistant displays prewritten answers selected through buttons. It does not use a generative AI model, accept free-text messages, collect clinical details through chat, or transmit chat transcripts. An optional care coordinator follow-up form collects name, email, optional phone, and a preset administrative topic through Web3Forms; it has no medical message field. Contact details are personal information. Questions and displayed answers remain in page memory and are cleared when the page is reloaded. Separate contact and educational-update forms use Web3Forms to deliver submitted information; care coordinator-call booking uses Google Calendar. Please do not enter medical information in public website forms. Clinical intake and care communications take place through the clinical service.
