1. Who we are

Vincera Health, LLC ("Vincera," "we," "us") operates vincerahealth.com and provides administrative, technology, and management services supporting telehealth programs. Medical care is provided by independent, licensed physicians and medical groups — not by Vincera itself. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website or use our services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, shipping address, payment information, and any health information you share through intake forms, consultations, or messages with your care team.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and interactions with our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to facilitate your care with independent providers and pharmacies; process payments and ship medications; communicate with you about your membership, appointments, and refills; improve our website and services; comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent, send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.

4. Health information and HIPAA

Health information you share in connection with clinical care is protected health information ("PHI") governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law. Where Vincera handles PHI on behalf of your providers, it does so as a business associate under written agreements that restrict use and disclosure.

5. How we share information

We share information with: the independent physicians and medical groups providing your care; licensed pharmacies fulfilling your prescriptions; laboratories performing your bloodwork; service providers (hosting, payments, analytics, shipping) bound by confidentiality obligations; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share PHI for advertising purposes.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. You can accept or decline optional cookies in the consent banner, and manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@vincerahealth.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Data security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, including medical record retention requirements applicable to your providers.

9. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Questions: info@vincerahealth.com, or Vincera Health, Las Vegas, NV.
