Your journey starts with a 15-minute video call with a Vincera care coordinator. This is not a sales call. The coordinator will ask about your goals, your current health, and what brought you here. They'll explain how each program works, answer your questions, and help you decide whether Vincera is the right fit, or whether a different approach would serve you better.
If you decide to move forward, the coordinator will help you select your program and schedule the next steps. If you'd rather think about it, that's fine too.
We don't believe in prescribing without data. Every Vincera program begins with comprehensive lab work, drawn at a partner lab near you (we work with Quest, LabCorp, and other major networks, with over 4,500 locations nationwide).
The exact panel depends on your program. Weight loss patients receive a full metabolic panel including HbA1c, fasting insulin, and lipid subfractions. Hormone optimization patients receive a comprehensive endocrine panel. Wellness patients receive a longevity-focused workup including nutrient status, inflammatory markers, and metabolic health.
Results typically come back within 2-3 days of your draw.
Once your labs are in, you'll meet your physician via secure video visit. This is where your individualized protocol takes shape.
Your physician reviews your bloodwork with you in plain language, explains what each marker means, and discusses how it relates to your goals. Together, you'll design a treatment plan tailored to your physiology, not a one-size-fits-all prescription.
If your bloodwork suggests a particular treatment isn't appropriate or that a different approach would serve you better, your physician will tell you. Your health is the priority.
Your prescription is filled at an accredited U.S. compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to your door, typically within 2-3 days of your physician visit. Cold-chain medications ship in temperature-controlled packaging.
From there, you're in active care. You'll have monthly check-ins, quarterly bloodwork to track progress, and direct messaging with your care team for any questions that come up between visits. Your protocol is adjusted based on how you respond. What works on day one may need refinement at month three.
Once you're started, the experience is designed to feel like having a clinical team in your pocket. Refills are handled automatically. Lab work is scheduled proactively. Your provider reviews your trends and reaches out if anything needs attention. You can message your care team about side effects, dose adjustments, or general questions anytime, and you'll typically hear back within one business day.
