1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of vincerahealth.com and Vincera Health's services. By using the site or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Not a medical provider; no medical advice

Vincera Health, LLC provides administrative, technology, and management services. All medical care — consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions — is provided by independent, licensed physicians and medical groups who exercise sole clinical judgment. Content on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, reside in a state where the services are available, and be medically eligible as determined by a licensed provider. Treatments require a consultation; providers may decline to prescribe where not clinically appropriate.

4. Memberships, billing, and cancellation

Memberships bill monthly to your payment method on file. Treatments are supplied in 60-day cycles at the per-treatment price you approve before shipment. You may cancel your membership at any time with no fee; medications already shipped are yours, and no further shipments will occur after cancellation. Because compounded medications are prepared for you individually, shipped medications are not returnable or refundable except where required by law.

5. Medications

Prescriptions are dispensed by independent, state-licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients and are not FDA-approved. "FDA-approved molecule" labeling indicates the underlying molecule holds FDA approval; compounded formulations of it are not themselves FDA-approved products. Use medications only as directed by your provider.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete health information; keep your account credentials secure; use the services only for yourself; and not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the site.

7. Intellectual property

The site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Vincera Health, LLC or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vincera Health, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and its total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to Vincera in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits the professional responsibility of your treating providers.

9. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, and you waive participation in class actions, except where prohibited by law. [Counsel to confirm arbitration clause and venue.]

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Questions: info@vincerahealth.com.
