Telemedicine services are provided by licensed independent physicians, not by Vincera Health directly. Vincera Health is a technology platform that connects patients with these physicians. Treatment is at the sole discretion of your treating physician based on clinical judgment.

Programs are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time without fees. Medications already shipped are non-refundable. Lab work is billed separately at lab rates.
